Responsibilities
* Completion of annual gas servicing and minor heating repairs following health and safety guidelines, operational procedures, and gas safety regulations.
* Available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.
* Report and complete works using your PDA.
* Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards.
* Adapt to a wide range of customer needs and schedules.
Requirements
* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
* Full UK driving license
* Flexibility and positive attitude toward varied work and schedules
* Excellent customer service skills and experience working with the public
* Solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety practices
* Ability to manage time and workload independently
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (desirable)
* Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) (desirable)
