Role & Responsibilities
1. Prepare feasibility layouts and early-stage design proposals to support initial project planning strategies
2. Produce full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packages for residential developments
3. Create accurate drawings, visualisations, and graphic outputs to support planning submissions
4. Collaborate with project leaders to ensure design intent aligns with planning requirements and client objectives
5. Support masterplanning exercises by contributing to layout design and placemaking strategies
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design and planning queries efficiently
7. Manage multiple project tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
8. Minimum 5 years experience working within architecture on residential or mixed-use developments
9. Architectural design-based degree supporting strong understanding of design and planning principles
10. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for producing planning drawings and coordinated outputs
11. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp for visualisations and presentation material
12. Strong interest in residential design, placemaking, and sustainable development principles
13. Excellent communication skills to support collaboration with design teams and external consultants
14. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks across project stages
