Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a clinical and leadership role within our Cavehill Dental Practice, Belfast.

Shared Ownership Model
Become a partner through a simple, transparent shared ownership model
Share directly in the profitability and long‑term success of the practice
Combine clinical leadership with commercial influence and decision‑making
Shape the direction of the practice, from patient care to performance
Work as part of a wider group with the support, scale, and infrastructure of Portman Dentex
Practice Clinical Lead (PCL)
Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and patient outcomes
Shape clinical standards, protocols, and the overall patient journey
Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team
Champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement
Contribute to decision‑making and the strategic direction of the practice
About You
GDC‑registered dentist with strong clinical experience
Natural leader who communicates with clarity and builds trust
Committed to high‑quality, patient‑centred care
Motivated to develop others and improve how the practice operates
Interested in playing a broader role in shaping the future of the practice

Additional Information
Must work 2 - 3 days in this practice to be considered for the Clinical Leader position.
