At The Reset Experience, we create deep, immersive events and retreats that help people pause from life’s demands, reset their energy, recharge their minds, and rebuild what they need to thrive. We believe in the power of connection (not superficial, but soulful, practical, and intentional).


This is a part-time org, run by enthusiastic experts in human-leadership upskilling, wellness, an human connection.


Were soon to be delivering our first unique experiential training event. Some weeks ago, our founder Seven delivered a signature event called The Energy Reset (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pc84NKgylP4) and co-led a retreat for entrepreneurs (https://sifted.eu/articles/longevity-island-founder-retreat).


We’re growing our team and looking for a mid-level to senior leader to own and lead our B2C pipeline and community operations. This role goes beyond traditional marketing; it’s about building a vibrant pipeline of engaged individuals who experience value from the moment they first hear about us, through email journeys, community touchpoints, and irresistible lead magnets, all the way to attending our events and retreats.


Please note that this is a new venture, without invested capital (other than a tiny amount of founder-led bootstrapped funding). As such, the current team operates on a rev-share model. This is not a salaried role - were looking for someone who wants a part-time contribution that believes in the power of great experiences to change lives, that is open to growing with the company. The importance of this role means the right person might even become a co-founder over time.


While the current team includes great programme design and delivery capabilities, B2B sales skills, content marketing capabilities, and great innovative event advisory, were missing an essentially component of running an audience growth platform that has high conversion and impact. The way that a Tony Robbins event will be run by Tonys team and delivered by expert practitioners, we need someone who can glue the rest of the business together. Thats where you come in.


What You’ll Do

* Build, manage, and optimise the pipeline of leads for our events and programmes, focusing on B2C growth and community engagement
* Lead email marketing campaigns, automations, and workflows using ActiveCampaign (open to alternatives) to nurture and segment leads effectively
* Collaborate closely with our content lead, designers, and the leadership team to coordinate and deliver powerful lead magnets and value-driven touchpoints
* Drive conversions from warm leads into paid events and community offerings, tracking KPIs around lead volume, engagement, and conversion rates
* Lead and support a small team including content marketing and manual outreach to execute the vision
* Ensure all community operations and campaigns comply with relevant data privacy and legal requirements
* Act as a key partner to the founder, who focuses on B2B business and programme delivery, taking full ownership of B2C marketing and lead generation


What We’re Looking For

* Mid-level to senior experience in community operations, email marketing, or lead generation roles, preferably in experiential or events-based environments
* Strong proficiency with email automation platforms (ActiveCampaign experience highly valued)
* Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building meaningful relationships with leads and team members alike
* High integrity, grit, entrepreneurial spirit, and a mindset of continuous experimentation and learning
* Comfortable leading and collaborating across diverse functions while owning the B2C pipeline end to end
* Passionate about creating soulful, human-centred experiences that help people reconnect and reset (and building the crucial skills to do thrive in the process)
