The role is a full time, permanent role, prominently site based local to Farnborough, Hampshire with some flexibility for remote working.
Project Manager Duties:
* Managing the Design Process: Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals, Ensuring design information is accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements, Managing the design schedule and ensuring timely delivery of design documents, Identifying and resolving design conflicts and issues, Reviewing and approving design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with the client, design team, contractors, and other stakeholders, Managing client expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with the design and build process, Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams, Organizing and leading design meetings.
