Deliver Outstanding Aftersales Support at Mercedes-Benz of Croydon As an Aftersales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within our Service department. You will be responsible for supporting our Service Advisors and Technicians, and maintaining accurate administrative processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will enhance the overall customer aftersales experience. Essential Skills & Attributes for an Aftersales Administrator Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service to everyone. Organisational abilities, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced dealership environment. Proficiency in IT systems, including dealership management systems (DMS) Attention to detail with the ability to accurately process high volumes of documentation and data. Team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate effectively across Service, Parts, and front-of-house functions. Experience in an administrative, customer service, or automotive environment is desirable. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities in Automotive Aftersales Administration Process service and repair job cards, invoices, and warranty documentation accurately to manufacturer standards Assist with the preparation and review of internal and external repair orders, parts requests, and customer correspondence. Maintain records for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes, supporting data integrity across all aftersales activities. Assist with administration and team support as required by the Aftersales Manager. You will thrive in this role if you can demonstrate A customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for delivering service excellence. Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain professionalism, and meet deadlines. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and pride in your work. Eagerness to learn and develop product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and aftersales processes.
