Job Description
You will be responsible for shaping a long-term commercial strategy, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive portfolio performance, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic commercial roadmap
* Lead, coach and develop a dynamic sales and marketing team
* Optimise account segmentation, targeting and pricing strategies
* Expand customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
* Align cross-functional teams to support revenue and growth targets
* Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a Sales & Marketing Director within Medical Device or related healthcare industry. In addition you will have:
* Proven track record in revenue growth and portfolio development
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, digital marketing and product launches
* Healthcare or medical device industry experience desirable
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
* Full UK driving licence
