The Store:
We are looking for a skilled and talented Deputy Manager to lead a team in our Salisbury Store.
As our Deputy Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer obsessed, while also curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals and providing exceptional customer service. Our store is a destination for trendsetters seeking the latest fashion must-haves.
The Role:
In your shopping centre store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will deliver a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team that supports one another and delivers results…whilst having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and sales—playing to win!

About you:
* You have previous large store management experience
* You have a proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively
* You are a dedicated New Look brand supporter
* You have a history of exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
* You possess strong commercial acumen
* You have a good understanding of P&L and compliance reporting
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
