About the Role: As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be the commercial fulcrum of our Plumbing & Heating division, responsible for aligning sales and purchasing strategies to deliver growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies for sales and purchasing across all locations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless rollout of strategic initiatives. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key clients. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets. Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to achieve commercial goals. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a commercial sales or purchasing role, ideally within the plumbing & heating or building supplies sector. Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
