Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Process Team Leader:
3. Lead and motivate small teams, fostering communication and encouraging team development.
4. Schedule and coordinate team work to meet required timescales and service levels.
5. Plan and implement staffing requirements to ensure adequate availability of team members.
6. Ensure adherence to agreed processes, standards, timescales, and quality requirements.
7. Identify and manage improvements within the assigned area.
8. Update and maintain databases, systems, and documentation.
9. Comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
10. Collect and provide statistical data and reports as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Team Leader:
11. Proficient in leading small teams, creating a positive and productive work environment.
12. Expert understanding of relevant systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
13. Highly skilled in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
14. Effective in both internal and external communication.
15. Capable of managing a small budget related to full-time equivalents (FTEs) and overtime.
16. Ability to set and achieve performance targets.
