This highly rated group has expanded impressively due to increased instructions and an outstanding reputation for high-quality work and national recognition. They boast an enviable client list and are seeking a mid-to-senior-level solicitor to join their dynamic team.
This role would suit an experienced senior lawyer with expertise in private M&A, general corporate law, company restructurings, and private equity, which would be advantageous. You will act on behalf of a prestigious range of clients, including UHNW individuals, agile SME scale-ups, and household names. The Corporate team comprises energetic and entrepreneurial partners looking for someone passionate about corporate law to support growth and engage in high-caliber work.
