About the Role
* Deliver OT assessments and interventions for pupils with ASD, ADHD, sensory needs, SEMH, SLD, PMLD and complex needs.
* Create and implement personalised therapy plans to promote independence, regulation and functional skills.
* Provide 1:1 and small‑group therapy sessions.
* Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to embed OT strategies across the school day.
* Contribute to EHCP outcomes, reviews and multi‑disciplinary discussions.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered or pending).
* Experience in paediatrics, schools, SEN or clinical settings supporting children.
* Strong understanding of sensory integration and functional skill development.
* Confident communicator and adaptable practitioner.
* Someone committed to long‑term professional growth within a school environment.
