Senior Property Operations Administrator
A leading domestic heating and plumbing contractor is seeking a Senior Property Operations Administrator to join their busy Enfield office. This role suits someone with strong property management or housing-sector experience who can take ownership of operational tasks and support both clients and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, property managers, and internal teams.
Oversee engineer scheduling, job allocation, and workflow management.
Handle escalations relating to repairs and maintenance.
Support junior administrators and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Manage documentation, compliance records, and job-tracking systems.
Produce basic performance reports and operational updates.Requirements
Experience in property management, social housing, repairs coordination, or similar.
Background in a senior admin or coordinator role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload.
Must live within a commutable distance of Enfield.The successful Senior Property Operations Administrator will be on a basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience + free parking + pension + standard holidays + bank holidays + clear progression opportunities.
