Learning Support Assistant

Daily Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with diverse SEN needs.
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social development.
* Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff and parents.
* Supporting with personal care when required.
* Preparing learning materials and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
