Job Title: Consultant - Corporate Client Engagement

Location: Hybrid (Field based/Farnborough - 70% of the week will be on site visits)

Salary: Competitive + Performance based bonus + Company Car

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proficient and dynamic Consultant to join our team for an exciting assignment with one of our industry-leading corporate client within the automotive sector.

This role offers the opportunity to work on-site (and remotely) with a global organisation, contributing to key projects and initiatives that drive corporate business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the promotion of central accessory programs & initiatives. Identify novel opportunities to enhance accessory sales within the retailer network.
* Compile best practices related to key accessory topics & develop innovative sales initiatives.
* Ensure the attainment of Retailer Accessory targets. Enhance the skills and knowledge of retailers to optimise Accessories and Lifestyle purchases, maximising sales-out opportunities.
* First point of contact for Retailer enquiries and communications out to the network
* Conduct retailer physical and online visits
* Provide ongoing coaching and support for retailers
* Onboarding of new starters -training on new systems, ensuring they have access to catalogue of information and assets required, and providing training on all of those where required, with the support of the wider team
* First point of contact for other accessories queries/questions and management of platform to do this - online teams group/team meetings etc
* First point of escalation for any specific areas of business area concerns into PM and client
* First point of escalation for any specific operational business area concerns from client back to team
* Facilitation/management of any specific adhhoc project requests and co-ordination of input from rest of team and updates directly into the client
* Facilitation/management of identification of opportunity/new initiative role out both with the team or those which require further client support, that support retailer target achievement
* Ensure actions for any team meetings are captured and then when team members are not present ensuring that any updates are communicated to all
* Co-ordination of Monthly team meeting content and ensuring consistency across team

About you:

* 2+ years of experience in consulting, leadership, sales, or relevant corporate roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proven ability to adapt quickly and work independently in dynamic environments
* Flexibility to work a field-based role that involves 70% national travel
* Awareness of importance of Relationship / Stakeholder Management.
* Ability to interpret and analyse data, and information from variable sources and make recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, including Reporting dashboards, reports, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven ability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (formulas, pivot tablets, data analysis), Outlook (email/calendar management, Word (document formatting, proofing), PowerPoint (presentations).
* Ability to inspire people to contribute to the success of the department
* Can demonstrate a high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the Brand

Qualifications / Education:

* Certification or proven experience working within the sales environment
