You will influence architecture, strengthen engineering standards, support system deployments and mentor a small team, while remaining actively involved in coding. This opportunity would suit an experienced engineer with a strong background in C# and .NET, alongside Python for tooling or data work. Experience developing software that interfaces with hardware systems is important, particularly where reliability, timing and real-world performance matter. You should also be confident mentoring or technically guiding other engineers. Experience within industrial systems, cloud-connected platforms, networking or security would be advantageous. Salary: £65,000 to £70,000
