Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly, with a focus on managing pre-order schedules, shipping logistics, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update pre-order dates to ensure accuracy at all times.
* Organise the collection and delivery of shipping containers from suppliers.
* Support with administrative tasks such as invoice checking, purchasing equipment, and general office duties as required.
* Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
* Provide ad hoc support across the business when needed.

Skills & Requirements:

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
* Previous experience in administration, logistics, or operations coordination is desirable but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
