Glasgow Life is looking for a Glasgow Life Assistant join our passionate Sport Operations team. If you’re excited by the idea of making a real difference through culture and sport in our city, this could be the role for you.

The Basics
Hours: Part time 10 – 17.5 hours and full time 35 hours per week
Depending on the venue, our earliest shift starts at 5.45am and latest finishes at 10.30pm (Monday to Friday) and weekends operate from 8am with closing at 8pm. Rotas typically work on a 3 rolling week rotation, so you'll know what hours you are working in advance. Full time roles are 35 hours per week 5 out of 7 days.
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Details: The salary listed is based on a full-time role. If you're applying for a part-time or bank position, your pay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is £13.35 per hour.
Location: City-wide, with your main base discussed at interview
About The role
As a Glasgow Life Assistant you’ll be an integral part of a established team, reporting to the Duty Manager. Your role will be essential in providing excellent customer service to all visitors at our sports venues. You'll ensure high standards of service from reception to keeping the venue clean and assisting with bookings and payments. You'll also help prepare activities and events.. Whether you're supporting our communities, helping people get active, or delivering cultural experiences, your work will have a visible and lasting impact.
