Job Title: Account Executive (SaaS / HealthTech)
Location: London (Hybrid - typically 1 day per week in office, commutable distance required)
Salary: up to £56,000 base + commission
We're seeking an ambitious Account Executive with proven experience selling clinical trials software solutions (CTMS, EDC, RTSM, eCOA, eConsent, etc.) into pharma, biotech, or CROs. This is a new business role where you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, owning outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and supporting deal progression.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling HealthTech organisation where you'll work closely with Sales Leads, contribute directly to revenue targets, and have a clear progression path into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive outbound lead generation into pharma, biotech, and CRO accounts.
* Book and run discovery calls and product demos.
* Progress opportunities through the pipeline, supporting on proposals and negotiations.
* Collaborate with Sales Leads on strategy and closing.
* Hit weekly activity targets (qualified opps, demos booked).
* Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience selling clinical trial software solutions.
* Strong SaaS new business sales track record.
* Confident prospector: cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach.
* Tech-savvy; comfortable using Apple systems and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.).
* Ability to sell across UK, EU, and US markets.
* Startup/scale-up experience highly desirable.
