Administration Officer - Consulting Suites

About the role
We are seeking a casual and full-time Administration Officer to join our friendly and established Consulting Suites team. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to high standards of customer-focused care, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a vibrant and collaborative environment supporting our doctors and patients.
The successful candidates must be willing to work between the Gold Coast Private Hospital and our Hope Island clinic, and be available for a later night consulting session on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities include:
* Performing a broad range of administration duties including daily and monthly reports, patient billing, receipting, Medicare rebates, supporting doctors and patients, coordinating with staff from other departments, maintaining accurate records, working with medical staff and patient families, and completing clerical tasks such as data entry and file management.
· Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced medical administration or reception role.
· Experience with medical software such as WebPAS, Zed Med, Gentu/Genie, Clinic toCloud is advantageous.
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; WebPAS knowledge is preferred.
· High level of organization skills.
· Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
· Previous experience in hospital or emergency department administration is highly regarded.
