Your Job: The Retail Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Retail Marketing team to ensure success with our retail partners. You will focus on executing marketing plans for Brooks retail partners and have a close relationship with the UK & IE Sales, Tech Reps, Retail Marketing Specialist, and Retail Marketing Manager to support a smooth delivery of our seasonal brand stories and in-store activations. You will also support the retail base with in-store activations including Point of Sale and In-store Graphics. Excellent communication skills, a passion for the Brooks mission “to inspire people to run and be active,” and a love for social media engagement are key to your success in this position.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the Retail Marketing Manager in planning and executing retail activation for account segments (Buying Groups, Key Accounts, Field Accounts).
2. Coordinate seasonal retail marketing and POS programs across in-store and digital channels, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery for Tier 2 accounts.
3. Ensure consistent visibility of the Brooks brand and products within selected accounts (brick & mortar, online, social, retail events).
4. Support Sales and Tech Reps to drive sell-through within the account base.
5. Monitor and document Point of Sale materials distributed across accounts in the UK & Ireland.
6. Manage account activation budgets under the direction of the Retail Marketing Manager.
7. Coordinate and execute in-store and corporate events for retailers, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
8. Assist with UK & IE vendor shows and retail events.
9. Travel to account meetings and tradeshows for retail marketing presentations.
10. Act as the first contact point for client buyers and marketing teams for Tier 2 Accounts.
11. Proof seasonal catalogues, tech, and brand activation guides.
12. Distribute training tools for Tech Reps from the EMEA Marketing Team.
13. Support Digital Media, PR, Influencers, Events, and eCommerce initiatives as needed.
14. Complete quarterly report templates for selected Tier 2 accounts.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business/marketing)
* 1+ years of relevant experience in brand, footwear, retail, or lifestyle sectors
* Understanding of brand building and integrated marketing
* Knowledge of marketing channels and brands
* Willingness to travel for meetings and events
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Passion for running and an active lifestyle
* Creative and innovative thinking
* Energetic, trend-conscious, sport-savvy
* Flexible to work independently or within teams
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
