Position: Junior Office Manager
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. This role is fully office-based, with working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
* Degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university
* Three A-levels graded A
* Maths GCSE grade 7 or higher
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining the office environment and presentation
2. Managing relationships with office suppliers
3. Arranging travel for team members
4. Managing reception and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
5. Handling incoming mail and booking meeting rooms
6. Assisting Directors with personal administrative tasks
7. Providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant
8. Planning and organizing team events
9. Ordering office supplies and arranging daily lunches
Skills and Qualities:
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Attention to detail
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to assist with various tasks
Additional Requirements:
* Completion of a personality test, online maths test, and a trial day at the office
