Solent University Apprenticeships Team are looking to recruit a dynamic and agile individual to deliver on a range of Apprenticeship standards. The role involves being able to build relationships with students and employers, assess their needs and manage the delivery of the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard to ensure timely achievement for a cohort of students.

You must be able to develop delivery materials, adapt methods to suit your students, work remotely and online, yet make sessions interactive and engaging for all students.
Key focus for the Apprenticeship Standards currently is Business, Digital and Management.
The successful candidate will manage a cohort of Apprentices, involving induction, delivery, assessment and end point assessment preparation across qualifications where the coach is occupationally competent and will ensure timely success on the programmes.
The successful candidate will also ensure students are meeting the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the Apprenticeship standard, progress on their programme and ensure funding compliance by completing progress reviews in a timely manner. They will also be able to build relationships quickly with students and employers, assess the needs of both parties and ensure the delivery methods are suited to both to ensure achievement of all goals.
