We're seeking an experienced and pro-active Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join the team.
Our Credit Hire team is at the heart of our insurance division, providing specialist claims handling and litigation support to clients across the sector. As a Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and performance targets.
The role is hybrid and you would be expected to attend the Liverpool office 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday). However we can be flexible on this arrangement for candidates outside of the North West.
Responsibilities
* Case Management: Oversee complex and high-value credit hire cases, providing expert legal advice and direction.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a high standard of service and resolving any escalated issues or disputes.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management procedures.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving team processes and operational efficiency.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential:
* 1+ years experience as a qualified fee earner in a Motor volume role.
* Strong knowledge of credit hire processes, motor insurance claims, and litigation practices.
* Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and handle complex client issues.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
*We will consider candidates from a Claimant background for this role*
