Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Ownership: Manage all project lifecycle activities, ensuring projects are delivered within quality standards, on time, and within budget.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives with minimal impact on business operations.

What We’re Looking For:
* Educational Background: Degree level education or significant specialist knowledge in relevant fields.
* Project Management Expertise: Industry-recognized qualifications such as PMP or APM, with a strong track record in financial services.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all corporate levels, demonstrating diplomacy and influence.
* Analytical Skills: Experience in business process analysis and documenting process workflows.
* Outsourcing Experience: Previous involvement in outsourcing projects is Must.
