£60,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Travel
We’re supporting a well-established consultancy delivering planning expertise across major UK infrastructure and construction programmes. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint two experienced Senior Planners to support a strong pipeline of work across London and the wider region.
The Role
As a Senior Project Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting live projects and wider commissions, working closely with delivery teams to ensure programmes are realistic, robust, and aligned with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project programmes
* Provide planning support across multiple projects/commissions
* Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and performance
* Identify risks, delays, and opportunities within project schedules
* Support reporting and provide clear programme insights to stakeholders
* Contribute to NEC programme requirements and contract compliance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Planner/Senior Planner within construction or infrastructure
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts
* Background working for or alongside contractors
* Confident working independently able to integrate into projects without heavy supervision
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency with planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6 or similar)
