The Baseline & Change Management discipline is responsible for ensuring that the Project scope, budget, forecasts and schedule are maintained in alignment with acknowledged approved changes processed through both Project level and Programme level ICC meetings. Changes are captured and managed through the change management process, with their progression through various statuses governed via ICC meetings.
