About the Role
Alphapark Accommodation Limited is seeking two committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our frontline operations team. In this vital role, you will work directly with vulnerable adults residing in exempt supported accommodation, many of whom face complex challenges such as mental health issues, substance misuse, homelessness, or offending histories. Your work will be instrumental in helping residents stabilise their lives, maintain safe and secure tenancies, and engage with essential services including health, housing, and social care.
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centered, trauma-informed support, tailored to each resident's needs and circumstances. You'll carry out welfare checks, develop support plans, and liaise with external agencies to ensure residents receive the right interventions at the right time. You'll also play a key role in promoting safeguarding, tenancy sustainment, and community integration, while upholding Alphapark's values of dignity, transparency, and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on, varied role that requires empathy, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll be part of a supportive team committed to improving lives through safe, regulated housing—and you'll contribute directly to Alphapark's mission of delivering high-quality, compliant accommodation for those most in need.
