Requirements Proven experience managing an Ofsted-regulated childrens home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) Strong understanding of Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Excellent leadership, communication, and safeguarding knowledge Passionate about achieving positive outcomes and driving service improvement Please note: Only candidates with experience in an Ofsted regulated childrens home will be considered for this role.
