Are you an analytically minded Account Manager who thrives on driving contract performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence? What You’ll Do
* Serve as the primary Account Manager and client contact, building strong relationships based on transparency, service quality, and data‑led performance updates. 🤝
* Manage contract performance and compliance, ensuring all KPIs, SLAs, and audit requirements are consistently achieved across your portfolio. 📈
* Lead the delivery of data analysis, reporting, and performance dashboards, turning operational data into meaningful insights and improvement plans. 📊✨
* Monitor financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and cost control, ensuring contractual and commercial obligations are met. 💷
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data trends, root‑cause analysis, and operational performance reviews. 🔍🔄
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and supply chain partners to improve data quality, service efficiency, and customer outcomes. 🤝📉📈
* Identify and deliver value‑add opportunities, service enhancements, and growth potential within existing accounts. 💡🌟
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Account Manager within property services, facilities management, or construction. 🏗️
* Strong understanding of contract governance, performance frameworks, and reporting requirements. 📚
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions, assess trends, and drive service improvements. 📊
* Confident communicator with strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. 🗣️
* Commercially aware, with experience managing contract budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. 💼
* Ability to interpret operational data and create clear, meaningful reports. 🧠📝
* Flexibility to travel nationally as required. 🚗✈️
