Job Title: Radar Systems Mathematical Modeller

Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
Salary:
Up to £40,000 dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Conduct mathematical modelling and develop simulations to meet system capabilities of complex radar systems.
2. Use modelling to identify performance enhancements and develop innovative solutions.
3. Create solutions for technical challenges faced by customers.
4. Support engineering teams in implementing and validating algorithms and designs for radar systems.
5. Analyze system performance data to inform design improvements and generate customer acceptance evidence.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Strong mathematical and engineering mindset with problem-solving skills.
2. Experience with simulation tools/languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, Pearl, Python, MathCAD.
3. Understanding of modelling physical problems, especially radar systems.
4. Relevant STEM education or equivalent experience.
