Job Description

Export Sales Administrator

Full Time 39.5 Hours Monday - Friday

We have an opportunity within our Export Sales Office for someone to join us as an administrator.

Main Objective

To process customer quotations, orders, and enquiries, develop new markets, and promote products and services to potential customers outside of the UK in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards, and operational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Process customer orders.
* Prepare quotations and ensure follow-up.
* Research and contact prospective customers for business development.
* Establish, research, and negotiate best trading terms.
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure orders are correct and timely dispatched.
* Maintain order status on IT systems.
* Liaise with purchasing department on future stock requirements.
* Assist with shipping procedures ensuring processing of accurate data.
* Any other duties as required and commensurate with the role.
