They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including luxury residential, commercial, hotels and specialist joinery projects. The business have a great opportunity for a Senior Inventor Lead to work for a leading fitout contractor, to drive the continued development of their Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes using Autodesk Inventor and related technologies. Main Responsibilities: Facilitate the use of AutoDesk Inventor to support project delivery Lead the identification of opportunities to improve and develop Design and Manufacturing capabilities; actively identifying and reviewing new technology, software and solutions relevant to the business Manage all aspects of DfM across project design development, from tender to manufacture Ensure production information is produced accurately, efficiently and according to programme and budget as well as being compliant with client requirements Work with the Production and Operations teams in relation to output such as cutting lists and bills of materials, driving an integrated, digital and automated manufacturing process Identify benefits and lessons learnt to enable continuous improvement Roll out Inventor training within the Design and production departments ?
