As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Mechanically bias Pre-Construction Manager to lead the technical and mechanical elements of projects during the early design and costing stages. The business already benefits from a strong Estimating department across both M&E disciplines, with a dedicated Electrical Estimating Manager in place and now seeks someone more mechanically focused to provide additional technical support and relieve the Directors at pre-construction stage. This role will involve close collaboration with internal Estimating, Design, and Operations teams to ensure that every project is technically compliant, commercially viable, and ready for smooth transition into delivery.
