Salary: £70,000 - £72,000

Elevation Recruitment group are working with a leading charity who are looking for a dynamic Interim Head of HR to steer its people function through a pivotal period of transformation.
They are on a mission to embed bold cultural and organisational change, and they need someone who can hit the ground running, lead with confidence, and build a high-performing HR team that’s strategic, supportive, and solutions-focused.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead & inspire the HR team, driving clarity, accountability, and a collaborative culture.
* Evaluate & uplift team capability, taking fair but firm action to address underperformance.
* Deliver seamlessly on operational HR, ensuring compliance with common-sense agility.
* Drive OD forward, embedding values into everything from L&D and performance to recruitment and workforce planning.
