TSR Legal is proud to be working with a dynamic and growing organisation who are now seeking a Contracts & Risk Advisor to join their compliance team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in commercial contract administration, compliance, or riskparticularly those from a legal support or business operations background who are confident reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review, analyse, and advise on client, supplier, and candidate contracts
* Identify potential commercial or legal risks, log issues on the risk register, and escalate where needed
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to negotiate and agree contract terms
* Maintain a 100% approval rate for completed placements
* Respond to and clear the contracts inbox within 24 hours
* Support the Compliance & Risk Manager on wider compliance matters and documentation
* Help build a culture of knowledge sharing and commercial awareness across the team
