Concise and coherent written work.- Ability to work independently and effectively interact with colleagues in other departments, business areas, and regions.Ability to operate at multiple levels of an organisation and in an international/multi-cultural environment.- Proven leadership skills within a defined scope and the ability to coach others.- Proven leadership skills – 3 years or more of technical leadership experience with complex systems. A mentor and coach of developing colleagues.- Proven leadership skills – 5 years or more of technical leadership experience with complex systems.
