Role Details
SEN Teaching Assistant – Redbridge
Start date: September 29, 2025
Outstanding Ofsted rating
£90 - £115 per day
Contract until July 2026 • Full-time position
Responsibilities
* Support children with SEN and autism to access learning and participate in classroom activities
* Assist with planning, differentiation, and monitoring of progress under the guidance of a teacher
* Support behavior management and create a positive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to meet individual needs
Qualifications
* Experience as a SEN teaching assistant is preferred
* Passionate about supporting children with autism and SEN
* Recently graduated with a passion to teach
* Resilient, patient, and proactive in managing challenging behaviours
* Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
