As and ANP, your primary responsibilities will involve managing patients with minor ailments and long-term conditions, as well as triaging. You will be responsible for managing acute, on-the-day patient demand and pre-booked appointments, with the bulk of your appointments being face to face and in-practice.

Salary – £55,000 - £62,000 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role –
•Advanced Nurse Practitioner position
•Full time requirement, or 4 days per week (min. 30 hours)
•Overseeing minor ailments, long-term conditions and triage
•Acute, on-the-day demand and pre-booked appointments
•Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
•To help develop the nursing services offered by the practice
•Work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplined general practice team
•Telephone and face-to-face appointments
