We work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You’ll help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem. You will need to be resilient and dedicated, but the huge small victories you achieve will be something you’re really proud of. The Witherslack Group provides support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals, with well-resourced school environments and ongoing support to build a rewarding teaching career.
Hilden Park school is a purpose-built, brand-new, state-of-the-art school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s and Speech, Language and Communication needs, catering for up to 72 children aged 8 to 16. The school serves Tonbridge and surrounding communities, focusing on outstanding pupil progress and care.

Qualifications
* You’ll also need previous teaching experience and have Qualified Teacher Status
