A fantastic opportunity to work with a ground breaking aerospace company in Broughton Chester as a Technical Shop Florr Support The contract will be until May 2026 (possible extension) Rates for shift pattern £27.80 per hour PAYE plus additional holiday pay or £37.19 Umbrella Double Day Shift Pattern Alternating weeks of morning and afternoon Monday to Friday Mornings - 6:00am - 1:10pm Afternoons - 1:30pm - 8:40pm Technical Shopfloor Support Objectives: Accompany the production team / Autonomous Production Team (APT). Supports in identifying, analyzing and solving technical issues not directly manageable by the Operators & First Line Manager (FLM). Provides an E2E perspective at the shopfloor level within the production team / APT Supports continuous production enablement by efficiently utilizing available resources & knowledge Contributes to the Operational Excellence targets within her/his area by adhering to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Key Deliverables: Inputs: Notification (e.g. NC, Email) of a production issue-Logistic kit available at production team & current work order. Outputs: -Technical analysis & enriched documents for Assembly Anomalies (AM) and Non Conformities (NC) e.g. Concession; -Design Query Note (DQN) including process & equipment issues (disruptions/deviations). Rework Work orders-Parachevement work order-Technical information (search for drawings, references, parts, tooling, documentation). Main tasks/activities: Disruption Management-Daily / on shift line side: Support in identifying NC on the shopfloor. Support in assessing the need for creating NCs and NC Notifications. Support on filling the NC form by providing all relevant information and supporting on solving the NC. Support on following up the NC process and push for resolution. Continuous Improvement-Daily / on shift line side, support for continuous improvement: Support on identifying issues in production as well as problems not solvable by the FLM and operators and escalate/request support to the Work Prep (PE), Line Balancing (PPE), Maintenance, MAP & OSW or support function roles. Support of the analysis of the industrial systems and processes to assess their efficiency and effectiveness. Support on the Work Improvement Proposal (WIP) as well as on the elimination of waste (LEAN). Support is given on the process validation form (PVF) and failure analysis (FA). Industrial Assets-Daily / on shift line side, support on industrial assets: Support on the request for repair and the creation of specific requests for small tools. Support on writing the specification for the creation of new jigs and tools as well as the modification or improvement of existing jigs and tools and their calibration. ADZN1_UKTJ
