This role works within the Retail Excellence Team, whose mission is to bring The National Lottery (TNL) to life for retailers. The team owns the development of the Retail Excellence Plan, culminating in the Retail Impact Map, which assesses everything impacting retail at any given time to ensure retailers are clear, confident, and, most importantly, consistent in their approach. From this, a Retailer Training Plan is executed to design, create, and deploy all retailer knowledge, awareness, and materials, ensuring timings and requirements are aligned to the overarching Annual Business Plan. The team leads on the scoping and delivery of Retail Responsible Play and Social Value Initiatives, within Retail and across Allwyn, and works cross-functionally to ensure priorities, timings, and requirements are considered within our bid commitments. As such, the teams lead the development of all necessary policies, processes, and procedures in relation to Retailer Excellence and Enablement.
