Job Description
Drive territory sales growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers across wholesale, distribution, and trade networks.
Promote the full range of domestic products, providing product knowledge, training, and support to trade partners.
Identify and convert new business opportunities, collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to deliver on regional growth objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future sales and marketing initiatives.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates, ensuring clear visibility of performance, pipeline, and opportunities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally within the building, plumbing, or HVAC sector.
Strong understanding of trade distribution channels, particularly wholesalers and merchants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a territory effectively.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region
