As the Welcome and Service Team Member it’s your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is warm and informative, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of their day. You will staff the visitor reception at Plas yn Rhiw and be the first person visitors meet when they arrive. You’ll develop outstanding knowledge of Plas yn Rhiw and the local area as you’ll be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. You will be operating the till, scanning membership cards, processing admissions and selling a small range of souvenirs and National Trust memberships. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key.
