Job Title: Talent & Learning Administrator

What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinate training sessions and manage delegate bookings
* Provide administrative support across the Talent & Learning team, including maintaining records and processing certificates
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient processes
* Contribute to team activities and meetings, supporting continuous improvement
Your skills and experiences:
* Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
* Experience supporting a learning or training function, including course scheduling, room bookings, and travel arrangements
* Experience using HR or business systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Coupa
