What you will do:

• Attend Customer Meetings with our Business Development Directors (BDDs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to understand and learn about new business and existing customers, whilst supporting the BDD progress opportunities through the new business pipeline.

• Provide support to the BDDs reviewing Searches for any Credit Risk including Financial Crime, obtaining, and reviewing ID.

• Review and analyse Financial Year End Accounts and Management Information.

• Provide support through the Take on Process following successful Credit Sanction through to completion, including completion of the Take on Checklist (TOCL), interacting with any outgoing Invoice Financier by scheduling the transfer and ensuring all Condition Precedents have been completed

• Assisting the Relationship Managers with their Customer Reviews, which will include requesting all required information, the review of bank statements, obtaining HMRC confirmation and reviewing trade creditors.

• Support the RM by reviewing any Experian Alert Change for customers and the Direct Paid report

• Using our internal risk system (Risk Factor) for our existing customers, you will monitor and support the RM on any Overpaid Accounts, Monitoring Operation Conditions, Follow Up actions and Schedules

• Support RMs & BDDs with the completion of Credit Risk Grading Applications (CRGA) and any Ongoing Due Diligence required.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally, such as Senior Leadership Team, Credit Partners, Business Support Team, Relationship Management Team.

• When required, attend UK Finance Courses that will build your knowledge on the core principles of Factorability

What you will need:


• Passion to work within a busy and growing Invoice Finance Team to learn about both the front end and in life relationships

• Be able to travel to our Basildon, Essex home store between 1 - 2 times a week and travel to meetings where required

• You will have undertaken various administrative roles where you have dealt with high volumes of work and needed to manage work loads

• You will have some experience with generating invoice finance leads or working in an invoice finance business in credit control or support function

• You will be amazing at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels

• It goes without saying that amazing customer service skills are a must as you will be interacting with our customers

• You will have a strong eye for detail, specifically when it comes to data protection and AML regulation

• Strong diary management is essential
