Role: Partnerships Administrator
Discover an exciting opportunity at Joules Head Office as a Partnerships Administrator within our friendly and creative Partnerships department. Your role will support the trading of Joules products with partners like M&S and John Lewis, and assist the wider department in Shows and Licensing. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent navigation skills across various software and websites, and the ability to work independently.
Your Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter data into portals and databases.
* Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate with third-party teams to meet deadlines and ensure uploads align with critical timelines.
* Upload imagery in accordance with portal specifications and schedules.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prioritize photographs.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Organize and manage files and trackers.
* Generate reports and summaries as needed.
* Support other areas within the Partnerships Department, including Licensing and Shows.
About You:

* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.

* Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
* Independence and teamwork capabilities.
Work Location:
This is a part-time, 3-day-a-week onsite role at ‘The Barn’, Joules’ purpose-built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The environment is creative, collaborative, and open-plan. We are flexible regarding which days you work, with a preference for all three days onsite to facilitate effective decision-making. We offer discretionary flexibility to support your work-life balance.
