What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Planning
* Define and lead global commercial marketing strategy aligned with corporate and regional goals.
* Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans that drive acquisition, growth, retention, and brand equity.
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor senior marketing leaders across customer marketing and new business/reseller marketing.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance across global teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the primary marketing liaison to senior commercial leaders.
* Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Internal Comms, and PR to ensure consistent storytelling.
Performance & ROI
* Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI.
* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and agile marketing practices.
Budget & Resource Management
* Own and optimize the global commercial marketing budget.
Innovation & Market Leadership
* Champion new approaches to partner and account-based marketing.
* Position the company as a tech-forward leader in travel retail through compelling go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Bring
* Strong B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on global strategy and execution.
* Proven success in leading geographically distributed teams.
* Expertise in commercial marketing, account-based marketing, and executive-level engagement.
* Strong analytical mindset and experience in marketing performance measurement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in the travel or technology sector is highly desirable.
