We are looking for Commercial Manager to join our team at Bobcat.

GSE Commercial Manager

Gatwick airport with frequent travel to Heathrow

As Commercial Manager at Rushllift GSE, you’ll work as part of a focused and dedicated team at introducing the Rushlift GSE Services to the Aviation Industry and to build on the Customer base at key locations. You will manage and build relationships with established clients as well as giving confidence to prospective cliental to ensure interested parties see the exceptional services and support provided by the professional personnel within the Rushlift GSE business.

We’re looking for someone who will:

1. Continually looking for growth / revenue opportunities across the Aviation Industry.
2. Follow up all proposals and introductions to expand on the interest shown in the Rushlift GSE business.
3. Actively review agreed contractual performance objectives to ensure they are being maintained.
4. Keeping up to date with the equipment used within the industry and new areas being driven by manufacturers.
5. Maintain relationships with all clients and have regular contact with key personnel.
6. Demonstrate the excellent working relationship across the Rushlift GSE business to maximize service income and customer satisfaction and contract retention.
7. Continue to review the processes within the business with a view to improving procedures with the Customer as required.
8. Carry out structured KPI and SLA reviews in order to maintain a structure and stability focusing on each individual account.
9. Provide feedback to relevant areas with the business associated with all points raised by the Customer, good or bad.
10. Tender Negotiations including discussions with prospective clients and creating proposal documents.

What sets you apart:

11. Higher level or equivalent management certificates
12. Demonstrable experience as a Commercial Manager or similar
13. Experience of working within a customer service environment
14. Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain good records and files
15. Motivated and ability to use Microsoft Office package skills.
16. Ability to provide detailed analysis and action plan, using data to drive decision making
17. Experience within Aviation is desirable
18. Experience within equipment leasing / plant hire is preferable
19. Knowledge of marketing and bid management is preferable
