Our client is looking for a motivated and organised graduate to join their vibrant team as a Graduate Office Coordinator in Central London. If youre eager to start your career in a professional environment and develop valuable business skills, this could be the perfect opportunity!

No extensive office experience? No problem - full training will be provided.

Position: Office Administrator (Entry-Level)
Location: Central London
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£28,900

What Youll Be Doing

As a key part of the team, youll help keep the office running smoothly while gaining exposure to different areas of the business:

* Supporting day-to-day admin tasks across the team
* Formatting documents, reports, and presentations
* Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
* Handling emails and calls professionally
* Keeping office and meeting spaces organised
* Assisting with filing, scanning, and general office tasks
* Providing occasional support to HR and Finance teams


What Were Looking For

* A recent 2.1 (or above) graduate with a strong academic background
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (or willing to learn)
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
